Green Gate Property Services LLC is run by Bryan Samson, who spent ten years in the United States Coast Guard before starting the company. He runs it with Hannah, out of Santa Rosa Beach in Walton County, Florida.

Why organic
Bryan did not want harsh chemistry around his own kids, so the company treats the way he would treat his own yard: organic fertilization, organic weed control, and children and pets back on the grass the same day. The equipment is 100% battery powered as well, so a visit leaves no two-stroke fumes behind and is quiet enough to run early without waking a house full of guests.
That decision is the whole reason the business exists in the shape it does, and it does not get relaxed when a week gets busy.
