What we collect
Information you give us
If you fill out the walkthrough request form, we collect the name, phone number, email address, property address, and message you enter. We collect it so we can call you back and quote the work. Nothing on the form is required except a name and a phone number.
Information collected automatically
The site is hosted on Vercel, which records standard server logs: IP address, browser type, referring page, and the pages requested. These logs are used to keep the site running and secure.
The service area section embeds a Google Maps frame. Loading that map means Google may set cookies and receive your IP address under Google's privacy policy.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
- We do not run advertising trackers or retargeting pixels on this site.
- We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a quote.
Who else sees it
Form submissions reach Green Gate by email. The only third parties involved are the companies that host the site and deliver that email, and they only handle it to provide that service.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept as long as they are useful for serving you as a customer. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Your choices

Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
